Using SmallSpark
SmallSpark sets up and manages your online presence. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us and for the accounts you connect.
Your content & approvals
You own your business content. Anything our AI drafts on your behalf passes through your approval before it’s published, unless you’ve told us otherwise.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. No contracts, cancel anytime, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
Acceptable use
Don’t use SmallSpark for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, and respect the terms of the platforms we connect to on your behalf.
Availability
We work hard to keep SmallSpark running, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll let you know about material changes.
